Zashata Burton (MS, MA, LADC) is a Private and Independent Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counseling Practitioner providing Telehealth services. Services are provided Monday through Thursday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with some Friday and Saturday hours available (available hours vary).
SUBSTANCE ABUSE ASSESSMENTS (EVALUATIONS)
Substance Abuse Assessments are free for those who qualify for public funding. Low income or no income clients may be eligible for public funding. Call your local county Health and Human Services agency to determine if you are eligible.
Low Cost Substance Abuse Assessments for those who self-pay cash.
Substance Abuse Assessments are typically scheduled within one-week of contact with assessor.
Limited insurance plans accepted: South Country Health Alliance and some Blue Cross Blue Shield plans.
INDIVIDUAL ALCOHOL/DRUG COUNSELING SESSIONS
Based on the recommendations of a completed Substance Abuse Assessment (Evaluation)
Counseling sessions are free for those who qualify for public funding.
Low Cost counseling sessions for those who pay self-pay cash.
